Bin Laden was wanted in connection with the 1998 bombings of the United States Embassies in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania and Nairobi, Kenya. These attacks killed over 200 people. Bin Laden was shot and killed during a US Government/Military operation in Pakistan.

Goldberg was arrested in Montreal, Canada, at his residence by the Montreal Police and the RCMP. A citizen identified Goldberg from the FBI web site after a friend gave her a description of an individual who told him he was wanted by the FBI.


Robert William Fisher is wanted for killing his wife and two young children and then blowing up the house in which they all lived in Scottsdale, Arizona. He was removed from the List after it was determined that he no longer fit the criteria for inclusion on the List.


Jason Derek Brown is wanted for the murder and armed robbery of an armored car guard in Phoenix, Arizona, in November of 2004. He was removed from the List after it was determined that he no longer fit the criteria for inclusion on the List.


Ravelo was wanted in El Paso, Texas, for racketeering activities, conspiracy to launder monetary instruments, and conspiracy to possess heroin, cocaine and marijuana with the intent to distribute. He was arrested in Uruapan, Michoacan, Mexico, based upon leads from FBI El Paso and the El Paso Safe Streets Gang Task Force.


Mogilevich is wanted for his alleged participation in a multi-million-dollar scheme to defraud thousands of investors in the stock of a public company incorporated in Canada, but headquartered in Newtown, Pennsylvania. He was removed from the List after it was determined that he was located in Russia and no longer fit Top Ten criteria.


Mayes was wanted for the kidnapping of four people and the murder of two of them in Tennessee. He was located in the woods of Mississippi, and shot himself. He later died. The two children were safely recovered.

Department of Revenue Commissioner Navjeet K. Bal announced today that following the Department of Revenue's release of its 2009 Top Ten Most Wanted List last week, authorities in Sarasota County, Florida and Hillsborough, New Hampshire are holding in custody the top two non-custodial parents on that list for failure to pay child support.


Hillsborough, New Hampshire officials identified Eric Alphe Grenier, who is second on the 2009 Ten Most Wanted List. Mr. Grenier is currently being held in the Hillsborough County Jail, following a conviction on assault charges. Local officials saw the Ten Most Wanted poster release and contacted Massachusetts , and by Friday, February 27, DOR had confirmed that he was one of the Ten Most Wanted. He will be held in the New Hampshire jail until he has served the remainder of the sentence for assault, at which point Massachusetts State Police will return him to the Commonwealth; he is likely to be returned to Massachusetts by mid-summer 2009.

3. Rodolfo Pizzaro-Cirino: wanted for failure to register as a sex offender. Pizzaro-Cirino was on the 2004 Top Ten for a rape 1st. He was previously incarcerated in Massachusetts on drug charges and for not registering. He has not registered a legitimate address in either state. Caution resist arrest.


6. Cortney Tooson: Wanted for assault 2nd. Tooson is accused of assaulting a bar manager at a downtown restaurant with a pair of brass knuckles after being told the bar was closing. The victim sustained serious injuries as a result of this unprovoked attack. Tooson is a violent felony offender. He should be considered armed and dangerous. He is also wanted for harassment, cpcs 7th, petit larceny & agg. Unlic operation 3rd.


7. Marvin Artis: wanted for criminal possession of a weapon 2nd. Artis was in possession of a loaded handgun in his waistband after being involved in a fight on a city street in the early morning hours. Artis is a known drug user and is considered armed and dangerous.

Moglievich remains at-large wanted for his alleged involvement in a stock manipulation scheme that defrauded thousands of investors out of more than $150 million, according to the FBI. He had been added to the Ten Most Wanted list on Oct. 21, 2009.


Semion Mogilevich is wanted for his alleged participation in a multi-million dollar scheme to defraud thousands of investors in the stock of a public company incorporated in Canada, but headquartered in Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Investors lost more than 150 million dollars through the alleged scheme that included inflating stock values, preparing bogus financial books and records, lying to Securities and Exchange Commission officials, and offering bribes to accountants. The scheme to defraud collapsed on May 13, 1998, when federal search warrants were executed in Pennsylvania and trading of the stock was suspended.


Felipi Bartolome is wanted in Greenville County for criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature. His last known address was in Travelers Rest. Bartolome has been wanted since November 1995.


Chengkou Kevin Yang is wanted in Spartanburg County for indecent exposure. He has been wanted since December 2011. According to the SCDPPP, Yang has tattoos on his chest, face, both arms and right wrist. His last known address was in Cowpens.


Jorge Hernandez is wanted in Greenville for criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature. He has been wanted since December 2010. His last known address was in Greenville. The SCDPPP website says Hernandez has prior convictions for criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature. The website says he has a gun tattooed on his left arm.


Scott Powell is wanted in Greenville County for kidnapping. He has been wanted since April 2009. His last known address was in Greenville. The SCDPPP website say he has a cross tattoo on his left middle finger.


Thomas Bailes Geiger is wanted in Anderson County for assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature. He has been wanted since April 2010. The SCDPPP website says Geiger has prior convictions for assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, resisting arrest and simple assault. The website says Geiger has several tattoos including: a dragon on his left shoulder, theater masks on his right shoulder, a heart on his right chest, a dog on his left chest, Mighty Mouse and a bull on his left arm and a rose on his right upper arm.
