If your primary goal is building muscle and strength, we recommend you try either RAD 140 or Ligandrol. They can both provide much more benefits than your bodyweight workout; more than a few of the benefits, we can't tell you.Here's how it works: Rad 140 does all of the work, while Ligandrol provides much more benefits, lgd 3303 effects. For a short term increase, use two to four sets of 15-20 reps, lgd 3303 vs s23. Then the workout gets a little harder every three weeks – as long as you stay on the same level of intensity. You can do that every three weeks if you like; some people don't like it that much.For long term results, try doing five or six sets of three to six reps. After each, do three or four sets of 10-20 reps, using a heavier weight when available, vs lgd 140 rad 3303. This is done four to eight weeks out. Don't be afraid to take one or two weeks off. Ligandrol 8 week cycle
My trainer is suggestion that I do a short 8 week cycle of Dianabol to help my healing process as well as cut some fat and build more muscle. However, I'm at the beginning of my recovery phase and I'm not sure if I will be able to continue doing this for the course of a few weeks since I need to get back in to some light training. So, I asked my trainer to recommend something similar, it is a 20 week cycles, similar to the Dianabol, but shorter, lgd 3303 for cutting. My trainer, David, says something like the following…Cycle 1This cycle will take 10 weeks, from the time that we start. The duration is 1 week per week and you need to do 3 sets of 10 reps once a week with a weight of 60-70% A1R, 3-4 sets of 5 reps with a weight of 20-25% A1R with heavy compound movements and 3-4 sets of 1-2 reps with lighter compound movements, cycle ligandrol 8 week. It is a 20 week cycle, similar to the Dianabol, but shorter, but I have seen some results already from this cycle. I believe it took my strength back a good 5-7% and my body fat back about 15%, lgd 3303 suppression.
